Do-it-Yourself: Proof Of Insurance

And another industry first – we innovate for you!

Certificate of Insurance and Additional Insured Forms available through the Next Insurance Customer Portal

Last month, we introduced the Next Insurance Chatbot and became the first in the industry to help customers using Facebook Messenger to purchase a policy.  This month, we are the first in the industry to enable customers to download Proof of Insurance and Additional Insured certificates through our online portal!

The most common request we get from customers is for a Proof of Insurance, a document similar to one health insurance or auto insurance card, confirming that a business or entity is insured.  It doesn’t take long to generate, but waiting for one can be frustrating if you need it ASAP and you call, say, after hours.  In an effort to make Small Business Insurance ridiculously convenient, we built a customer portal that caters to this request! Customers who purchase a policy with us can now download a Proof of Insurance document through our secure portal – whenever they need one, without needing to call an agent for help.

Furthermore, we are also making it possible for customers to instantly generate a Certificate listing an Additional Insured on the website, without speaking to an agent.  This form is often requested by venues (e.g., a gym, a photography venue) – and timelines are often tight.  There is no other insurance company in the market today that we know of that makes this functionality available to businesses online.  In fact, getting this certificate can often take days – sometimes weeks – and there is usually a fee of $10-35.  With Next Insurance, you can get what you need in less than a minute – and if doing so at 10pm on a Sunday is what’s best for you and your business, that works for us too! Oh, and no fees – ever.

And the neat part? This one-of-a-kind capability is just the beginning of our portal…  More awesome features are yet to come!

This is what we stand for – convenience and service, in a way that works best for you and allows you to spend more time nourishing your business. We are here to help you succeed.
