lead a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives and be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day activities, as well as taking on strategic initiatives and projects in helping maintain and evolve the team’s role within the Marketing department and beyond.
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
High level of initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
Work cross-functionally to build quarterly forecasts, marketing plans, and scale and optimize program mix and performance
Academic degree in Marketing or a related field
Ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies that meet brand standards
Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Excellent strategic, analytical and creative thinking skills
Solid track record of successfully scaling marketing efforts in a growth-oriented company
