Analyze operations performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
Help operations’ leadership identify and capture opportunities for improvement in a data-driven way
Phrase business questions
Design and develop reports
Plan and execute analysis projects (A/B tests, exploratory analysis, etc.)
Provide insights with significant business impact
Be the operations team’s focal point for all data-related issues and questions
Work closely with the BI team and help design the best system to answer the operations team’s data needs
At least three years experience as a Business Analyst - must.
Experience in web/mobile/adtech/fintech or similar company/projects, analyzing data in the following domains:
Help desk and support
User behavior and performance
Churn and customer satisfaction
Prediction models - advantage
Solid background in statistics and data analysis.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (including experience presenting analytical insights in Powerpoint/Google slides)
Attention to detail
BI development experience - advantage.
Experience with technologies and tools including:
BI UI: Preference for Tableau. Alternatively, Business-Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy, SSRS, Sisense, Qlickview, etc.
Very strong SQL querying skills
Spreadsheet (Excel, google sheets)
ML and statistics (R, python, etc.) - advantage.
Basic programing skills (python, java, etc.) - advantage.
Relevant academic degree (statistics, economy, industrial eng. Applied math, etc) from top university, or equivalent experience.
Excitement about working with multiple teams - both in the US and in Israel (and ability to accommodate early morning meetings)
