Employer Branding Manager

Responsibilities:

Create and execute various employer branding activities to position Next Insurance as a top employer.

Be part of the team taking charge of our online and offline campaigns, across all different channels.

Take responsibility for monitoring their effectiveness and value.

Arrange talks, meetups, conferences and cooperation with external entities.

Work hand-in-hand with HR, Marketing, And additional teams.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew

About 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications

Marcom projects management capabilities including managing agencies.

Experience with content writing / social pages management

Experience with digital campaigns - advantage

HR / recruitment background - advantage

Highly-organized and detail-oriented

Multi-tasking

Tech-savvy

Creative

Highly motivated
