Build a team of Territory managers to grow bring in and manage relationships with insurance industry partners (e.g., wholesalers, brokerages) nationwide. Take on full accountability for our Agency Channel business – growth and performance.
Collaborate with our Product and Operations teams to deliver needed integrations and features to help Agencies successfully sell Next Insurance products. Funnel feedback on coverages and rates to Insurance Product and partner to continuously refine our offering
Build the capability to market our product offering to our Agency partners and to educate them about the differentiated value proposition Next brings – our highly affordable, tailored products, expanded underwriting appetite, and usage of technology enabling increased speed / simplicity / lower cost of doing business
Strategically navigate the balance between our focus on direct distribution with the importance driving growth and delivering outstanding value to our Agency partners
10+ years of experience managing Agency distribution relationships at a regional / nationwide level – ideally, in the Small Commercial P&C industry. Strong track record of building, nurturing and growing agency relationships
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing, distributed teams of agency channel managers
Articulate, exceptional communicator, able to hold their own with C-level executives
Open to travel as needed to forge strong relationships
