5+ years of design experience on consumer digital products.
2+ years of people management experience, managing a team of 3+ designers.
BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
A portfolio of work that contains examples of Interaction (UX) Design and Visual Systems Development for digital experiences across multiple platforms and devices.
Strong mentoring and communication skills.
Strong visual and interaction skills.
Hands-on experience creating user flows, information architecture, wireframes, user journeys, personas, and style guides.
Must be able to build your own designs.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with remote teams.
