Next Insurance is experiencing incredible growth and we are looking for an experienced recruiting leader to join us to lead the charge to attract the industry’s top talent. Reporting to the Head of People, this role will have the opportunity to build a world-class recruiting team in the US from the ground-up.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute on a strategic talent acquisition plan to attract top industry talent. Areas of focus includes recruiting operations, employer brand, internship, and diversity recruiting.

Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team

Be a strategic partner to all hiring managers and leaders to establish a long term recruiting strategy

Build a technology-enabled TA organization that uses data to continuously improve quality, efficiency, candidate experience, and derive critical talent insights

Sit on the people leadership team to deliver on our promise to be the best place to work

Be a thought-leader on global talent market trends and partner with compensation to ensure we are competitive to attract top talent

Desired Skills and Experience:

8+ years experience in Talent Acquisition with progressive leadership experience

Experience working with a US-based, global company

You have excellent judgment and problem-solving capabilities

Analytically driven, you are experienced in utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem-solving and root cause analysis.

You are agile, fearless, and able to adapt to shifting priorities. You can fly both at 30,000ft altitude while also being in the details. You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to support what needs to get done

Commitment to diversity and building an inclusive workforce culture

Real passion for people management, coaching, and developing high performing recruiting teams

Executive presence, facilitation skills, and the ability to influence at all levels

BA/BS required
