8+ years experience in Talent Acquisition with progressive leadership experience
Experience working with a US-based, global company
You have excellent judgment and problem-solving capabilities
Analytically driven, you are experienced in utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem-solving and root cause analysis.
You are agile, fearless, and able to adapt to shifting priorities. You can fly both at 30,000ft altitude while also being in the details. You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to support what needs to get done
