Insurance Advisor


We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Representative to deliver a new, comprehensive business insurance experience for our top clients. You will provide a trusted advisor service and play a significant role in minimizing the stress of a customer, delivering fast, efficient services along with building successful relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work out of our company office in Palo Alto, providing a trusted advisory/consultative service and playing a significant role in minimizing the stress of a customer, efficiently delivering services along with building successful relationships to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting a variety of insurance needs. No prior insurance background is necessary! We will help you get licensed and cover all your educational expenses and help you to become a licensed California insurance producer. You’ll be required to complete an online course, and then you’ll be issued a course completion certificate that will allow you to take the state licensing exam to become a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in California. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring to get you started, and we’ll provide you with all the tools and resources you’ll need to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with questions and concerns and helping them in finding the right coverage for their business insurance needs
Providing outstanding customer service and support
Providing customers with insurance quotes on various insurance products
Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from policyholders and answering inquiries on all policy related issues
Working with our partners to solve customer concerns in a timely manner
Drive and/or participate in projects that help solve pressing business concerns as time allows

Desired Skills and Experience:

College degree from a top leading university – a must
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, outstanding decision-making, and analytical skills
Ability to service clients effectively through problem solving, appropriate confidentiality, diplomacy, sensitivity and tactfulness.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Positive and upbeat personality
