We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Advisor to deliver a new, comprehensive business insurance experience for our clients. As a member of our team, you will play a significant role in minimizing the stress of a customer, delivering fast, efficient services and phenomenal customer service.
You will work out of our new Center of Excellence in Austin, building successful relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction, while meeting a variety of insurance needs.
No prior background is necessary! We’ll help you get licensed, cover all your educational expenses, and help you become a licensed Texas insurance producer. You’ll be required to complete an online course. After that,you’ll be issued a course completion certificate that will allow you to take the state licensing exam to become a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in Texas. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring to get you started, and we’ll provide you with all the tools and resources you’ll need to ensure your success.
Assist customers with questions and concerns and helping them in finding the right coverage for their business insurance needs
Provide outstanding customer service and support
Provide customers with insurance quotes for various insurance policies
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from policyholders and answer inquiries on all policy-related issues
Work with our partners to solve customer concerns in a timely manner
Drive and/or participate in projects that help solve pressing business concerns as time allows
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a top university
Ability to demonstrate sound judgement, outstanding decision-making, and analytical skills
Ability to serve clients effectively through problem solving, appropriate confidentiality, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tactfulness
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Positive and upbeat personality
