Own a major product area, helping define the strategy for rapid growth.
Participate in strategic planning conversations to help inform company OKRs and long-term priorities.
Prioritize the product roadmap and backlog for growth features.
Drive product development from conception to launch.
Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, business intelligence, insurance operations, customer support, senior management, and external partners.
Write and revise product requirements for design and engineering.
Test and measure results, then iterate based on what you’ve learned.
Perform user research and competitive analysis.
5+ years of product management experience with market-leading product organization(s).
Experience leading small teams of high-performing PMs, setting ambitious goals, motivating and developing the team, and delivering world-class products.
Experience in developing and getting alignment around a vision, setting goals, initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Willingness to function as a player-coach, splitting time between hands-on Product work and mentoring / managing other Product Managers.
Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make product decisions.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with extreme attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
