Bachelor of Arts in Design / Visual Communication from a leading art school
A broad portfolio of polished work across web, digital, social, print, demonstrating excellence in design vision and execution
5+ years of experience working as a marketing designer on multiple brands and channels
Expert-level Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator are a must)
Video capabilities are a plus.
Adobe XD - advantage, sketch - advantage
Experience designing within brand guidelines.
Both brand and performance capabilities as well as offline & online including UI.
Strong collaborator who partners to drive the best results for the company
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to oversee all marketing design projects, from conception to delivery.
Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends.
The ability to work independently, fast and able to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Ability to operate in a startup environment and make maximum impact with available resources.
