This person will lead the Marketing Operations team and be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day activities, as well as taking
on strategic initiatives and projects in helping maintain and evolve the team’s role within the Marketing department and beyond.
The successful candidate must be an experienced management consultant and marketer, data-driven, and a self-starter with work experience on the client-side. This individual thrives in and enjoys a face-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.

Work cross-functionally to build quarterly forecasts, marketing plans, and scale and optimize program mix and performance
Academic degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
Ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies that meet brand standards
Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Excellent strategic, analytical and creative thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
Solid track record of successfully scaling marketing efforts in a growth-oriented company
