Manage the administrative and day-to-day office tasks and act as the contact person for any administrative and maintenance office needs
Provide general administrative support to employees
Manage and maintain office services: cleaning services, parking lot memberships, 10bis, courier deliveries, suppliers, kitchen supplies, refreshments, office supplies & equipment etc.
Manage the reception area, greeting guests and answering phone calls
Support meeting rooms schedules
Perform finance tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking
Support welfare activities and special events
Proven experience in a similar role, client services or other kinds of supporting role preferably in a dynamic and international environment.

Ability to adapt quickly to changes, work independently and interact with many internal and external interfaces
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fluid startup environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English
