Office Manager


Next Insurance is a well-funded startup based in Palo Alto, California. Our mission is to transform insurance for small businesses by combining world-class technology and phenomenal customer service to offer better insurance at a lower price. We are looking for a bright, energetic and highly organized Office Manager who is looking for an opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic start-up company to run our office in Israel.

Responsibilities:

Manage the administrative and day-to-day office tasks and act as the contact person for any administrative and maintenance office needs

Provide general administrative support to our employees

Manage and maintain office services: cleaning services, parking lot memberships, 10bis, courier deliveries, suppliers, kitchen supplies, refreshments, office supplies & equipment etc

Manage the reception area, greeting guests and answering phone calls

Support meeting rooms schedules

Perform finance tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking

Support welfare activities and special events

Desired Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role,, client services or other kinds of supporting role preferably in a dynamic and international environment

Experience from a global company-advantage

Ability to adapt quickly to changes, work independently and interact with many internal and external interfaces

Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fluid startup environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English
