Manage employee relations issues and ensure concerns are properly identified, reported and resolved
You will be the point of contact for people-related processes including leave, transfers, onboarding/offboarding and more
You will build, execute, and iterate Next Onboarding to ensure all new hires are set up for success

Coach, partner and develop employees.
You possess two or more years experience as a HR business partner.
You have excellent judgment and problem-solving capabilities; as well as the ability to make thoughtful decisions.
Analytically driven, you are experienced in utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem-solving and root cause analysis.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You possess impeccable discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
You are agile, fearless, and able to adapt to shifting priorities
BA/BS required; Advanced degree preferred
