Enable the product team to rapidly build, measure, and learn, using data and analytics.
Define and evaluate key product metrics and underlying drivers.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for the product team.
Ask the right product and business questions to drive all analysis.
Plan and execute analysis projects (A/B tests, exploratory analysis, etc.).
Work in close partnership with the business intelligence team and help design the best system to support all of the product team’s data needs.
Work cross-functionally with product management, business intelligence, data science, design, engineering, marketing, insurance operations, and customer support.
3+ years as a product data analyst or business analyst.
BA/BS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to provide insights.
Ability to communicate the results of analyses and insights clearly and effectively.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
Strong SQL querying and Excel skills.
Willingness to collaborate with remote teams in Israel, including early morning meetings
Experience with Tableau.
Experience working with conversion, funnels, retention, engagement, user behavior, customer satisfaction, marketing attribution, or prediction models.
BI development experience.
Experience with remote teams.
