In this role, you will manage Next Insurance’s Center of Excellence candidate pipeline and own hiring targets. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and needs. You’ll manage the applicant flow and own the university recruitment and employee referral programs.


Manage recruiting process for a high-volume candidate pipeline, creating an exceptional
candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Write and publish job descriptions on career websites, social platforms and universities

Identify, prescreen, and evaluate incoming applicants from a variety of recruitment
channels: university recruitment & career fair events, job boards, employee referral
program and other hiring initiatives

Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews for qualified candidates

Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring at the Austin Center of Excellence

Develop collaborative relationships with key partners to understand hiring objectives
and develop recruiting strategies to hit goals

Desired Skills and Experience:

1+ years of recruiting experience in the tech industry

Proven success recruiting in a high-volume environment; ability to manage a diverse
requisition load

Solid business insight and broad understanding of current business trends and strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable cold calling

Bend towards using data to drive actions

Motivated and goal-oriented

Bachelor’s degree from a top university
