To realize this vision, we are looking for a driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and participate in/facilitate the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for evaluating resumes, coordinating all candidate interviews, owning the company’s referral program and managing the hiring process. We’re a small team so your ability to flex into other areas in the People space will be critical to your success. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you have thorough knowledge of best recruitment practices and have innovative ideas to execute on them. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’, take lots of ownership, sweats the details and finish projects in a timely manner. Act as the recruiting team’s representative in the office and the liaison between the Los Angeles and Palo Alto teams

Coordinate all phone, Zoom and/or in-person interviews (including recruiter interviews, hiring manager interviews, executive team interviews); maintain a complete record of these interviews and new hires

Write and post job descriptions on career websites, social platforms and universities boards

Coordinate/attend career fairs and careers events at top universities in the country

Take ownership over the referral program - coordinate reward activities for referrals, post photos of activities, post signs in the office, create PR around the program

Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters

Source candidates by using databases and social media

Support with other People projects, as needed

Desired Skills and Experience:

Proven work or internship experience in recruiting, administration or operations

Excellent communication and sales skills

Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline

Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
