Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products. Define the target, establish tactics, determine the messaging and set the KPIs.
Execute multi-channel marketing plans across web, digital, email, social, radio, OLV etc.
Influence the roadmap by representing the customer voice and work with Product Management to define the right feature sets.
Work with the Consumer Insights team to build out research plans for products and messaging. Be an expert on the customer internally.
Develop customer-facing elements for new products and services including naming, messaging, positioning, and advertising
Create fresh, high energy assets that break through with consumers and build our personality / brand identity in-market.
Analyze customer data to identify new opportunities, strengths and weaknesses.
Manage the Product Marketing budget and team.
Understand the competitive landscape and articulate where Next has the right to win, where we must improve, and what we need to build.
5+ years of experience in product marketing or brand marketing
Demonstrated experience across a wide range of marketing activities (advertising, public relations, digital marketing, etc.)
Has led 360 campaigns, communications and go-to-market initiatives
Highly analytical and experienced in applying user insights, research, and consumer data
Experience working with internal creatives and/or agencies
Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence
Self starter that has a bias towards action and delivering results
Excited to build something new and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in software or services marketing a plus
Bachelors degree. MBA preferred
