Perform daily accounting activities, including revenue recognition, AP, AR, GL, Tax and balance sheet reconciliations
Participate in the month-end close process, and preparation of monthly financial statements
Participate in implementation of new ERP to scale up the finance team
Coordinate with CPA firm to ensure the success and accuracy of income tax preparation
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government tax filings and reporting requirements
Participate in budget and forecast processes
Support international accounting and compliance
Assist with implementing adoption of upcoming accounting standard ASC606
Assist with implementing policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP
Assist with company’s audits
Assist operating business units with accounting and reporting-related matters
Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting, or other relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility, preferably at a rapidly growing tech company.
Experience with revenue recognition policies and procedures preferred.
Public CPA firm experience preferred.
Experience with the financial close process.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, experience in Technical and Operational accounting.
Strong system skills with ERP systems as well as Excel.
High degree of reliability and integrity.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
